You will be the guest’s primary point of contact, anticipating needs and attending to every detail with discretion and sensitivity.** **Responsibilities** * Provide personalized attention before, during, and after the stay. * Design experiences and itineraries tailored to each guest’s profile. * Coordinate special requests and ensure flawless execution. * Recommend gastronomy, wellness, and lifestyle experiences. * Manage amenities, celebrations, and memorable details. * Follow up with VIP guests and maintain high service standards. **Profile** * Experience in luxury hospitality, concierge, or guest experience roles. * Advanced English proficiency. * Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. * Warm, elegant, and discreet demeanor. **We Offer** * Boutique environment and personalized hospitality. * Statutory benefits. * Shift schedule subject to operational requirements / rotating days off.
