Responsibilities: * Receive purchase requisitions and verify authorization and completeness of data. * Validate technical specifications, quantities, and required delivery dates with the requesting department. * Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, credit terms, and contracts. * Establish strategic commercial agreements. * Track deliveries and ensure compliance. * Supplier evaluation. * Manage assigned budget.
