Implementation of sales strategies **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise daily store operations. * Achieve and ensure achievement of sales targets. * Manage and supervise staff (schedules, attendance, and performance). * Train and motivate the sales team. * Control and administer inventory. * Receive and organize merchandise. * Ensure proper in-store product display (visual merchandising). * Address and resolve customer issues. * Cash register control, cash reconciliations, and sales reporting. * Supervise store order, cleanliness, and appearance. * Implement strategies to increase sales. * Prepare reports for management or corporate. **Requirements** * Experience in sales or retail. * Experience managing staff. * Leadership skills and strong communication ability. * Flexible availability. **WE OFFER** * Base salary \+ sales commissions and inventory bonus. * Opportunity for permanent contract.
