Opportunity for growth and an excellent work environment **Premium Sales Advisor** **La Perla Shopping Mall, Guadalajara, Jalisco** **Base net salary: $8,000 monthly \+ group bonus based on targets** **Fixed schedule:** Monday to Sunday, **10:00 am to 4:00 pm**, with **one weekday day off** **Statutory benefits \+ product discounts \+ uniform** About the vacancy We are looking for a **Premium Sales Advisor** passionate about customer service, with excellent presentation and a strong interest in sales—who enjoys delivering a warm, professional, and personalized shopping experience. You will join a brand dedicated to emphasizing each client’s confidence, comfort, and personal style, accompanying them throughout their entire purchasing journey. What will you do? * Provide personalized attention and premium advisory service to clients. * Identify client needs and recommend suitable products. * Perform cross-selling to increase average transaction value. * Operate cash register and point-of-sale (POS) terminal. * Assist with inventory management and merchandise organization. * Maintain the boutique’s immaculate image. * Support visual merchandising and product display setup. * Handle exchanges or returns with exceptional attitude. * Achieve individual and team sales targets.
