**HUMAN RESOURCES LEADER**
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Bachelor's degree: Intern or graduate
* Prior experience in this role. Organizational skills. Attention to detail.
* Knowledge of an ERP system (Odoo is a plus).
* Work experience: minimum 6 to 8 years in Administration and HR.
* Responsible for overall administration and HR functions for a growing factory currently employing 50 workers.
* Departments within the factory led by independent supervisors: Production, Warehouse, and Logistics.
* Reports to: General Management.
**JOB OBJECTIVE**
* Strategically lead human capital management, aligning HR processes with the organization’s business objectives, ensuring compliance with labor laws, fostering a high-performance ethical culture, and advancing organizational development; combining strategic vision with operational capability to ensure accurate payroll execution, talent acquisition, labor relations, training, and personnel development—working interdisciplinarily to support optimal decision-making while prioritizing both employee and company welfare.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Payroll: Preparation of preliminary payroll, validation of payroll incidents, and ensuring timely disbursement. Calculation of bonuses and/or commissions, overtime, holidays, and rest days; calculation of severance payments and indemnities.
* FONACOT processing: Ensure timely payment of SUA and INFONAVIT (employer contributions); reconcile IMSS active accounts against actual payments.
* Employee support: Addressing payroll-related inquiries and clarifications, issuing employer letters and FONACOT letters, weekly distribution of payroll receipts, handling general requests.
* Recruitment: Developing job descriptions (in collaboration with HR and direct supervisors), sourcing talent, conducting interviews, screening candidates, and managing onboarding. Creation and administration of physical and digital personnel files.
* Labor relations: Monitoring operational and labor discipline jointly with direct supervisors (absenteeism, turnover, labor ethics), contract non-compliance, RIT (Internal Regulation of Work), administrative minutes, suspensions.
* Documenting agreements, meeting minutes, and work plans.
* Termination procedures: Contract terminations and/or indemnity settlements; reviewing and tracking cases with legal counsel. DO and Culture: Organizational events, mission, vision, values, and team-building activities (culture promotion). Training: Conducting Training Needs Assessment (TNA), developing annual training plans, maintaining documentary evidence, and regulatory follow-up.
* Occupational Health and Safety: Monitoring disabilities (general, commuting-related, work-related, IPP), handling and completing ST7 forms, occupational risk assessments, and NOM-035 compliance.
* Ensuring provision of personal protective equipment (PPE), uniforms, and implementing safe and dignified working conditions jointly with Operations Manager.
* Administration: Processing annual land-use permits, ecology licenses, applicable government filings related to company operations, ensuring timely payment of factory utility services, jointly managing factory operations with Production Manager to maintain cleanliness and safety.
* Vehicle fleet registration procedures.
**TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES**
* Labor legislation: Federal Labor Law, IMSS Law, STPS regulations, and applicable norms.
* Indicator development: Creating indicators and strategic analysis (basic Excel); ISO 9001/2015 desirable.
* Document management and process control.
* Payroll: Knowledge of severance calculations, pay schemes, variable compensation; incident administration and validation.
* Basic knowledge of IMSS employer contributions. Basic Excel. Training: TNA, planning, documentation, and annual follow-up. DO: Organizational culture and workplace climate, performance evaluations.
