Camelinas** **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Experience in this position or similar * Experience in customer service **Competencies:** * Honesty * Responsibility * Commitment * Customer orientation * Proactivity **We offer:** * Monthly gross salary of $9,451 * Statutory benefits from day one * Opportunities for growth **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 9 AM to 2 PM and 4 PM to 7:30 PM * Saturday: 9 AM to 2 PM **Responsibilities:** * Greet customers courteously and professionally, thanking them for their call and stating their name and the dealership's name. * Inform the customer that their call will be transferred. * Transfer calls to the appropriate person or department, clearly explaining the customer's previously identified needs so they can assist with the request. * Receive customers and direct them to the corresponding advisor. * Operate the agency's main switchboard. * Receive and assist visitors, as well as control access for individuals not affiliated with the company. * Receive packages and documentation. * Collect and record visitor survey responses. * Take messages and relay them to the appropriate person. * Request information from customers calling about their vehicle undergoing service or reconstruction—using data contained in the system—to inform them of status and delivery date. * Maintain records of test drive demonstrations for demo units. * Maintain internal records of keys for new vehicles. **IF YOU MEET THE REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES, APPLY NOW!
