We are rapidly expanding nationwide with a clear purpose: **transforming the health experience for Older Adults**, making it more **human, accessible, and dignified**. **About the Role** We seek a UI or Visual Designer with extensive experience in Digital Product and Design Systems who will define and lead the visual narrative of the platforms through which our diverse customers interact—creating a unique experience for Older Adults as they leverage their membership. As a Designer in the Experience team, you will collaborate with the Brand Identity and Technology teams to bring digital interactions to life, and build the Design System that evolves over time—helping us create new digital interactions more consistently and efficiently, while continuing to convey Koltin’s values to our customers and dismantling any existing digitalization barriers. **You’re a great fit if you:** * Are constantly exploring different paths to create visual compositions; passionate about staying updated on UI trends; and never settle for the first version of a proposal. * Have extensive experience with top-tier Design Systems and confidently translate your ideas into interactive visual designs using Figma in all its capabilities. * Have collaborated with technology teams under various agile frameworks and know how to partner across disciplines to bring a product to life. * Focus on users and possess knowledge of digital accessibility and inclusive design. * Participate in usability evaluations to assess whether your proposals work—and always seek ways to resolve usability issues to improve user experience. * Possess strong attention to detail and trained eyes for hierarchy, spacing, and visual composition—meticulously caring for aesthetics, componentization, and spelling in every deliverable. **Responsibilities:** * Co\-design Koltin’s Design System, ensuring compliance with digital accessibility guidelines and faithfully conveying Koltin’s brand identity. * Design interfaces for digital platforms, prioritizing usability and user experience. * Collaborate with development teams to create interfaces that are not only attractive and functional but also technologically feasible—performing handoff and QA. **Role Objectives:** * Improve customer experience through visual design of interactions with the service and product. * Lead the brand’s image at the interactive level to ensure consistency and thereby build user trust. * Explore, prototype, test, and define how we should design so Older Adults can fully leverage their membership—dismantling any existing digitalization barriers. **Benefits for employees residing in Mexico:** * Access to tools and benefits supporting professional growth, such as courses, workshops, books, etc. * Unlimited private telemedicine services (general practitioner, nutritionist, psychologist) for you and up to 3 family members * Access to physical wellness tools (TotalPass) * 9 additional personal leave days per year, as mandated by law * Major Medical Expense Insurance * Necessary equipment to perform your job * Monthly stipend of $700 MXN added to your monthly salary * One-time support payment of 2,500 MXN after the probation period
