




Job Summary: The Executive Assistant supports the Commercial Leadership team, ensuring efficient communication and essential administrative functions, coordinating events, travel, and preparing reports. The Executive Assistant plays a critical role in supporting the Commercial Leadership team, ensuring efficient communication and maintenance of essential administrative functions. The Executive Assistant is responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including handling routine and non-routine inquiries, maintaining confidentiality, and preparing periodic reports. Administrative responsibilities also include coordinating conferences, meetings, and events; organizing travel; and managing related documentation. **Responsibilities** * Manage the Commercial Unit Leader’s calendar, prioritizing strategic and commercial meetings—both internal and external. * Coordinate travel, commercial events, and engagement with key customers. * Prepare meeting materials (presentations and reports). * Coordinate with sales, marketing, and commercial teams for strategic sessions. * Prepare executive reports. * Serve as the point of contact between the Commercial Unit Leader and internal/external stakeholders. * Manage communications with the commercial team, customers, and partners. * Screen and prioritize requests directed to the leader. * Track deliverables, timelines, and responsible parties. **Key Skills** * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Effective communication (verbal and written). * Analytical thinking and business orientation. * Ability to manage multiple priorities. * Discretion and handling of confidential information. * Proficiency in English. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business, Marketing, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in Executive Assistant / Business Support roles. * Experience in commercial or sales environments. * Proficiency with Office suite tools (Excel, PowerPoint). \#LI\-Hybrid Corteva Agriscience is an equal opportunity employer.
