Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety on production lines by coordinating resources and personnel. Key Responsibilities: 1. REQUIREMENTS: * Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechatronics, or related degree (completed) * Age 30–48 * 3–5 years of experience in operations or production supervision * Knowledge of production processes and quality control * Knowledge of industrial safety and hygiene standards * Proficiency in productive ERP/CRM systems and MS Office * Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, 5S, Kaizen) RESPONSIBILITIES: * Supervise daily operations of production lines * Ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality-compliant execution of production schedules * Coordinate availability of supplies, materials, and equipment * Assign daily tasks and roles to operational staff * Monitor attendance, punctuality, discipline, and team performance * Train and provide feedback to staff on operational standards, safety, and quality * Verify that processes comply with internal and external quality standards * Supervise proper use of PPE and compliance with safety and hygiene regulations; report incidents and implement immediate corrective actions * Coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive and corrective machinery servicing * Monitor resource consumption to promote efficiency * Validate raw material and finished goods inventories WE OFFER: * Validation of raw material and finished goods inventories * Monthly salary of $14,000 * Statutory benefits plus additional benefits * Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM–2:00 PM * Career growth opportunities If you are interested and truly meet the profile, do not hesitate to apply.
