Position Summary: We are seeking a Field Technician to prepare, follow up on, and analyze product fault reports, provide field service support, and perform preventive maintenance on units. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation and follow-up of fault reports and customer satisfaction reports 2. Field service support and product fault analysis 3. Identification of areas for improvement and development of improvement proposals **FIELD TECHNICIAN POSITION AVAILABLE IN CANANEA, SONORA** **DESCRIPTION** * Preparation and follow-up of product fault reports / claims and customer satisfaction reports * Technical knowledge (Industrial Mechanics, Electricity) * Provision of field services * Preventive maintenance of mobile units, services, tire replacement, fluid level checks, etc. * Tool inventory management * Product fault analysis * Identification of areas for improvement and proposal development * COMMISSIONS FOR SERVICES PERFORMED **REQUIREMENTS** * Engineering degree (Industrial, Electrical, Mechatronics, Maintenance or related field) * Flexibility to travel * Schedule: Monday to Saturday * Valid Class C driver’s license (standard vehicle) **MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8:00 AM \- 5:30 PM** **SATURDAY 8:00 AM \- 12:30 PM** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $13,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Application Question(s): * DO YOU LIVE IN CANANEA?
