Proactivity and problem solving **STAFF REQUISITION** **JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIRED PROFILE:** **\* Position: SEMI-ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR** **\* Education:** Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting **\* Experience:** Minimum verifiable 2 years in similar positions **\* Age:** 22 years and older **\* Gender:** Unrestricted **\* Salary: $20,000 to $21,000 gross monthly** **\* Language:** Not mandatory **Benefits:** Statutory benefits plus 20 days of year-end bonus **Reports to: Accounting Management** **Direct reports: Accounting Supervisor** **Job Objective:** Responsible for managing and supervising the company's accounting operations, ensuring compliance with tax and financial obligations, accurate recording of transactions, and preparation of financial and tax reports, as well as leading a team of three staff members. **Requirements:** * Minimum verifiable 3–4 years of experience in similar positions, preferably within accounting firms. * Solid knowledge of: * Accounting entries * Calculation and recording of depreciation and amortization * Preparation of working papers and financial analysis * Filing and handling of federal and state taxes * Payroll preparation and review * Handling of Payroll Application Systems (SUA) and IDSE * Annual tax return calculation * Solid knowledge of CFDI (Digital Fiscal Receipts) * Experience with Fonacot * Accounts receivable and payable reconciliation and cleanup * Account reconciliations and cleanups * Client consulting on tax and accounting matters o Experience using Aspel NOI system for payroll generation and control * Technical and soft skills: * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, formulas) * Leadership and team management capability * Attention to accuracy, organization, and deadline adherence * Strong communication skills for client advisory and support * Proactivity and problem-solving ability **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and perform accounting and financial entries * Prepare and file federal and state tax returns * Manage and review payroll preparation and SUA/IDSE compliance * Perform account reconciliations and cleanups * Coordinate and guide team members in daily tasks * Provide advisory and consulting services to clients * Issue invoices and manage Fonacot-related operations * Generate financial and tax reports for decision-making Employment type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 – $21,000.00 per month Benefits: * Flexible working hours Experience: * Accountant: 3 years (Preferred) Work location: On-site employment
