




Position Summary: Manage office staff, coordinate operations for efficiency, and support administration with accuracy, including document and file management. Key Highlights: 1. Administrative support with document and record management **Key Responsibilities.** **Personnel Management:** Manage personnel working in the office. Hire, train, supervise, evaluate, and motivate employees, as well as resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise. **Operations Coordination:** Coordinate office operations to ensure everything functions properly and efficiently. This includes budget management, inventory, equipment, supplies, and office facilities, as well as implementation and maintenance of policies and procedures. **Administrative Support:** Support office administration to ensure all tasks are performed accurately and on time. This includes preparation and review of documents, reports, invoices, and contracts, as well as maintenance and updating of records, databases, and files. **Education:** High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. **Experience:** 2 to 3 years in the field. **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: Starting at $6,000.00 per week Work Location: On-site employment
