Optimize operational performance and continuity Logistics and Operations City: YUCATAN Publication Date: 6 Mar. 2026 Schedule: 00:00 Description: General Purpose Operate, supervise, and control processes and operational cycles by managing human, material, and technical resources according to the company’s operational cycles, ensuring that all domestic and local shipments are routed, sorted, dispatched, and delivered to their destinations to meet established service guarantees. Results Main Responsibilities 1. Supervise adherence to scheduled departure, arrival, and route travel times through gate exit scanning and vehicle tracking, to meet customer shipment delivery deadlines. 2. Supervise that transport equipment is fully equipped with required tools via periodic inspections before departure on routes, to enable prompt repair in case of mechanical failure. 3. Supervise that transport equipment is positioned at designated loading docks during scheduled hours through daily inspections and verification that no cargo remains on the platform, to ensure secure shipment handling and prevent damage or repackaging. 4. Supervise fuel consumption performance per assigned unit by analyzing mileage and route distances, to verify proper usage, expenditure, and optimized utilization. 5. Supervise that all units returning from routes enter the maintenance area, through daily inspection reports documenting mechanical failures reported by operators, to ensure operational continuity within the department and fulfill committed services and customer guarantees. 6. Supervise that the administrative assistant records vehicle breakdown and mechanical failure reports in the SAP system, to ensure preventive maintenance and uninterrupted unit operation. 7. Supervise route assignments, waybills, and per-diem accounts for domestic operators by reviewing the “Operator Route Expense Report”, to process necessary reimbursements and ensure operational continuity at terminals and exchange centers. 8. Supervise route execution by conducting ride-along inspections aboard vehicles, to identify operational issues related to travel time and arrival delays, and implement adjustments ensuring profitability and achievement of operational KPIs. 9. Prepare attendance, trip, and overtime reports using authorized formats and SAP data entry, to compensate Operators for work performed. 10. Conduct weekly meetings with Operators, preceded by analysis of their operational KPIs, to review fleet- and unit-level compliance averages and implement operational adjustments to achieve targeted objectives. 11.
