Responsibilities:
* **Route Engineering:** Strategic planning for time and delivery optimization.
* **Fleet and Operator Management:** Fair and efficient coordination of units to ensure flawless cargo distribution.
* **Cargo Custody:** Rigorous supervision of loading/unloading, ensuring full product integrity.
* **Cost Control:** Optimization of financial resources and performance standards (fuel, maintenance, losses).
* **Crisis Management:** Development and execution of **contingency plans** for unforeseen events en route.
* **Data Analysis:** Use of telemetry and software to identify areas for improvement and real operational efficiency.
* **Training Leadership:** Continuous staff training on industry best practices.
Requirements:
* **Education:** Degree in Administration, Logistics, or related field.
* **Experience:** Minimum **5 years** proven experience in transportation and logistics (with supervisory roles).
* **Knowledge:** In-depth understanding of the Mexican freight market, current regulations, and key routes.
* **Attitude:** Analytical profile, fully results-oriented, with strong capability for informed decision-making.
* **Leadership:** Ability to motivate and coordinate operational teams under pressure.
* **Technology:** Advanced proficiency in logistics software, tracking systems, and traffic monitoring tools.
* **Personal Profile:** 30 years or older (gender-neutral). Professional ethics.
* **Mobility:** Willingness to travel occasionally.
