Desired experience: Project Manager with 4 years of experience in the marketing industry, including BTL projects, promoters, tastings, and image plans. Contract-based services. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and track projects from definition to final delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. * Implement and monitor project management methodologies (management map), adapting them according to client and project requirements. * Develop work plans, schedules, and budgets; manage resources and ensure project profitability. * Identify risks, generate action plans, and monitor progress through KPIs and performance reports. * Prepare progress, results, and project metrics reports for management and clients. * Manage external and internal vendors and ensure timely and compliant deliverables. * Implement digital project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, Excel, among others). * Propose process, communication, and methodology improvements to enhance project efficiency and quality. **Soft Skills:** * Leadership and motivation of multidisciplinary teams. * Effective communication across different levels: management, clients, and operational teams. * Organization, planning, and attention to detail. * Adaptability to change and problem-solving under pressure. * Negotiation and conflict management. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to achieving objectives. Net monthly salary: $18,000.00 to $22,000.00 depending on experience. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with flexibility to adjust working hours.
