




Position Summary: Operations Coordinator to ensure the implementation of strategies and projects related to the right to housing and water, strengthening the organization's presence in the territory. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate operational and strategic project activities. 2. Identify opportunities and strengthen the organization's presence. 3. Lead the implementation of assigned projects. Habitat for Humanity Mexico is the leading civil society organization dedicated to promoting the human rights to housing and water, improving the quality of life of the most vulnerable populations in our country through construction, home improvement, and environmentally impactful housing solutions for families selected in each of our programs. In over 35 years of history, we have supported more than 100,000 housing solutions benefiting over 500,000 people, serving families across more than 1,500 communities in 24 states nationwide. We are currently seeking a strategic position as **Operations Coordinator**, responsible for the following functions: * Coordinate operational, financial reporting, and administrative activities according to organizational procedures * Ensure compliance with strategies related to special projects * Coordinate the implementation of assigned projects in accordance with specified and established designs * Identify project opportunities within target territories * Strengthen the organization's presence in the territory by engaging with local public actors, local committees, and potential beneficiaries The following qualifications are required for this vacancy: * Education\- Bachelor’s degree in: Architecture, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or Sociology. * Budget generation and management, and managerial-level reporting. * Knowledge of the regional socio-political, economic, and philanthropic context. * Community-based work experience (desirable). * Personnel management experience (leadership, workload distribution, and goal achievement) * Intermediate English proficiency. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Compensation * $20,000 to $22,000 gross monthly, depending on qualifications * Statutory benefits and above-statutory benefits Work Schedule and Location * Monday to Friday, 09:00 \- 18:00 hrs * Work Areas: State of Chiapas.
