We seek an Operations Coordinator responsible for supervising, coordinating, standardizing, and optimizing the operations of condominiums under management. This role acts as the liaison between management and the operational team (property managers), ensuring compliance with processes, service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. **General Responsibilities** ● Supervise property managers’ performance across condominiums. ● Ensure compliance with policies, processes, and operational standards. ● Standardize operations across all developments. ● Monitor operational and service performance indicators (KPIs). ● Identify areas for improvement and propose optimization strategies. ● Coordinate and supervise general vendors (maintenance, security, etc.). ● Validate proper execution of preventive and corrective maintenance. ● Track critical incidents and resolve complex issues. ● Ensure quality in resident and committee communications. ● Participate in strategic meetings with clients or board committees. ● Train and develop the property management team / operational supervisors. ● Evaluate operational staff performance and recommend corrective actions. ● Control and track operational reports from all condominiums. ● Optimize resources and pursue operational efficiencies. ● Implement continuous improvements in processes and service. ● Serve as the liaison between management and operations. ● Align all condominiums with company objectives. **Skills and Knowledge** ● Leadership and team management. ● Strong organizational and follow-up capabilities. ● Familiarity with condominium management platforms. ● Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. ● Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. ● Excellent communication and negotiation skills. ● Decision-making ability under pressure. ● Customer- and service-oriented approach. ● Proactivity and initiative. ● Ability to standardize processes. ● Conflict resolution skills. ● Attention to detail and holistic perspective. ● KPI management. ● Proficiency in Office suite (Intermediate-to-advanced Excel). ● Experience with administrative systems. ● Prior experience in condominium or service management is desirable. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree (Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or related field). * Personal vehicle * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Employment type: Full-time Salary: $17,000.00 - $19,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
