Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive professional with excellent communication skills to monitor units en route, support operators, and manage routes with minimal supervision. Key Highlights: 1. Communication and real-time tracking of units en route 2. Support to operators and management of anomalies 3. Ability to work with minimal supervision **Responsibilities / Activities** 1\.\-Acknowledge unit dispatch (according to procedures for each client) 2\.\-Update the tracking log in color (GREEN). 3\.\-Shift handover (delivery and receipt). 4\.\-Report any anomalies to the immediate supervisor. 5\.\-Stay informed about incidents occurring en route. 6\.\-Maintain contact with the operator or transportation carrier. 7\.\-Handle critical calls from operators. 8\.\-Define geofences and routes. 9\.\-Send location reports to clients at scheduled times, including possible anomalies. 10\.\-Verify the position of each assigned unit using a mirror account. * \*The timestamp of the position must be recent, consistent with the GPS system's polling frequency. * \*The unit must be en route (NOT deviated) * \*Verify origin and destination, and validate against current position * The unit must not be stationary (neither in normal nor high-risk zones) Benefits offered comply with legal requirements and exceed them, including food vouchers and gasoline vouchers, punctuality and attendance bonuses, and meal service.
