Knowledge: MS Office (Word, Excel), MS Project, AutoCAD Competencies: Leadership. Analytical, synthetic, and logical reasoning abilities. Mathematical and numerical skills. Teamwork, empathy, motivation. Excellent verbal, oral, and written communication skills. Results-oriented work approach. Responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of store infrastructure, equipment, and security systems, guaranteeing a safe, comfortable, and efficient environment for both employees and customers. * Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of infrastructure and equipment. Plan and coordinate repair and preventive maintenance activities. Manage and supervise the maintenance team, ensuring they are properly trained and equipped with necessary tools and resources. Administer and control the maintenance budget. Conduct periodic inspections to monitor facility conditions. Manage infrastructure to maintain optimal operating conditions. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
