At Kuehne\+Nagel, our work truly contributes to more than we imagine. ‎ Oversee site-wide proper implementation of an Industrial Safety and Occupational Health culture, as well as full regulatory compliance regarding SHE (Safety, Health & Environment), thereby adding value through reduction of losses caused by accidents, incidents, occupational illness-related absenteeism, and SHE-related legal non-compliance; as well as implementation and maintenance (where applicable) of ISO Management Systems based on ISO 45001 & ISO 14001. **How to make an impact** 1\. Implement standards and strategies issued by S&H Mexico Directorate. 2\. Conduct S&H trainings according to the site’s training plan. 3\. Actively participate in all meetings organized or requested by S&H Mexico Directorate and those specific to the site. 4\. Submit required KPI reports, operational compliance reports, strategy progress reports, etc., as mandated by S&H Mexico Directorate and the site’s own S&H function. 5\. Ensure proper adherence to policies, guidelines, procedures, etc., issued by S&H Global and S&H Mexico. 6\. Execute the daily operational routine designed for this position. 7\. Establish, manage, and execute necessary action plans to close S&H opportunities identified within operations. **What we’d like you to bring** Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field. 2 years of experience in the following areas: ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Management System administration. Basic operational knowledge of manufacturing, logistics, construction, and similar industries. Industrial Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management. KPI Management (process and outcome).
