Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Project Manager with experience in both agile and traditional methodologies, strong personnel management skills, and excellent client relationship capabilities. Capital Empresarial Horizonte, a Mexican company specializing in Human Resources and Information Technologies, is looking for: IT Project Manager **Requirements** Desirable but not mandatory: * **MBA**. * **Business Intelligence**. * Proficiency in project management tools such as: **Jira, ClickUp, Monday, Trello**. * **Project management certifications**. **Mandatory** * Certification in **PMI, SCRUM, or PMP**. * Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies (**Waterfall, Agile Scrum**). * Experience with **ERP/CRM** systems. * Proficiency in collaboration tools (**WebEx, Teams, Google Meet**). * Advanced Office suite, Excel, and Project software skills. * Fundamental knowledge of services based on **Cisco technology**. * Personnel management experience. * High proficiency in building strong client relationships. **EXPERIENCE** * Minimum of **3 years** of experience in this role (mandatory). * Experience managing **IT projects**. * **3 to 5 years** of experience in **Managed Services** (optional). * **3 to 5 years** of experience as a **Service Delivery Manager** (desirable). * **3 to 5 years** of experience with **ITIL v3/v4** (optional). * **2 to 3 years** of experience in financial management of projects. **We Offer:** * 100% payroll-based employment scheme. * Statutory benefits. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:30 hrs. * Work location: Col.
