Participation in high-impact strategic projects **IT Project Manager** **Location:** CDMX | **Work Model:** Hybrid **Description** Responsible for leading and coordinating IT projects for Mexico, acting as the liaison between business areas and development teams. Ensures proper definition, prioritization, and delivery of digital initiatives aligned with business objectives and end-user value. **Key Responsibilities** * End-to-end IT project management in agile environments. * Coordination among business units, stakeholders, and technical teams. * Definition and prioritization of requirements and roadmap. * Tracking of progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables. * Status reporting and expectation management. **Requirements** * +3 years of experience in Project Management within agile environments. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Advanced proficiency in JIRA or other project management tools. * Advanced English proficiency is MANDATORY. * Experience working with international teams and matrix organizational structures. **We Offer** * Gross monthly salary of up to $50,000 MXN. * Statutory benefits plus additional benefits. * Hybrid work model in CDMX. * Participation in high-impact strategic projects.
