RESPONSIBILITIES · Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall business strategy · Bridge relationships between management and employees by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues · Manage the recruitment and selection process · Compensation and Benefits Management · Support current and future business needs through human capital development, engagement, motivation, and retention · Develop and oversee organization-wide HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures · Foster a positive work environment · Supervise and manage a performance evaluation system that promotes high performance · Maintain payroll plans and benefits programs · Assess training needs to implement and monitor training programs · Report to management and support decision-making through HR metrics · Ensure legal compliance throughout HR management · Develop strategies for the human and cultural development of all employees · Improve workplace climate · Coordinate the pest control process · Coordinate the safety and hygiene department ACTIVITIES DESCRIPTION · Development and implementation for the company's organizational development · Supervise personnel recruitment and selection · Supervise the annual training plan and its implementation · Liaise with management regarding new implementations · Supervise and ensure compliance with labor relations based on the Federal Labor Law · Personnel administration · Performance evaluation · Workplace climate assessment and application · Manage teams and personnel across departments · Lead and coordinate the HR department · Organizational culture improvement · Payroll supervision to ensure accurate payment · Promote a sense of belonging · Strong negotiation skills · Supervise health, safety, and hygiene plans and programs SALARY OFFERED BY THE COMPANY: $18,000 TO $20,000 TAX-FREE Legal Benefits and Savings Fund Position Type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
