We are seeking a Business Project Manager to support key financial and regulatory initiatives within our Business Delivery team.### **About the Role** This position is ideal for a Project Manager with experience in financial services or regulated environments who is ready to take ownership of cross\-functional initiatives. You will coordinate projects involving Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and IT, ensuring successful execution from planning through implementation. This role focuses on business and regulatory initiatives — not purely technical software development projects.### **Key Responsibilities** * Lead projects from initiation to implementation * Develop and track project plans, milestones, and deliverables * Coordinate cross\-functional teams across business areas * Support regulatory, licensing, or compliance\-related initiatives * Act as liaison between business and technical teams * Identify risks and ensure timely follow\-up * Provide structured status updates to leadership ### **Qualifications** * 4–6 years of experience in Project Management * Experience within financial services, fintech, banking, or other regulated industries * Experience working with Compliance, Risk, or Legal stakeholders (preferred) * Strong organizational and follow\-up skills * Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously * Structured and disciplined approach to project tracking ### **Nice to Have** * Exposure to payment systems, remittances, or financial integrations * Experience in process documentation or regulatory environments * PMP or similar certification (not mandatory) ### **Language** * Fluent English (required) ### **What We Value** We are looking for a proactive, organized, and accountable professional who thrives in structured environments and can ensure strong follow\-through across multidisciplinary teams.
