This role translates the transformation vision into reality, orchestrating execution while managing dependencies, risks, and trade-offs. **Scope of the Role** o The Loyalty Ecosystem Lead defines the target state, capabilities, architecture, and strategic priorities. o The Team Manager is responsible for end\-to\-end execution of that roadmap. o Does not define the transformation strategy or vision. o Does not own the RFP design or structural decisions. o Owns program execution, sequencing, and delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** 1\. Execution and Delivery * Lead the execution of the Loyalty Transformation Roadmap. * Translate capabilities into actionable initiatives and delivery plans. * Define sequencing and manage the program's critical path. 2\. Program Orchestration * Orchestrate cross\-functional workflows (Technology, Commercial, Finance, Operations). * Ensure coordinated delivery across business, IT, and data teams. * Drive structured execution through squads and initiatives. 3\. Dependency, Risk, and Mitigation Management * Identify and manage cross\-functional dependencies. * Lead risk identification, analysis, and mitigation planning. * Anticipate execution constraints and ensure timely resolution. * Be accountable for the program's execution viability. 4\. Governance and Decision\-Making Support * Drive program governance and support executive decision\-making. * Escalate blockers and trade\-offs impacting delivery. * Ensure alignment between execution and strategic intent. 5\. Technology Alignment and Execution * Ensure alignment between the enterprise roadmap and technology\/data constraints. * Work closely with IT to ensure scalable and consistent implementation. * Surface implications for key initiatives (e.g., LMS, data, integrations). 6\. Stakeholder Management * Align senior stakeholders across the organization. * Serve as the primary execution counterpart to the Loyalty Ecosystem Lead. * Ensure visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes. 7\.
