Job Summary: We are seeking a Cashier to ensure friendly and efficient customer service, accurate cash collection, and honest money management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Vinos y Licores La Patrona **Position:** Cashier **Department:** Sales / Customer Service **Reports to:** Store Manager or Branch Supervisor **Position Type:** Operational **Position Objective** Ensure friendly and efficient customer service during the purchasing process, accurate collection of product payments, responsible cash handling, and compliance with company policies, always maintaining a service-oriented and honest attitude. * Process cash, card, or bank transfer payments and issue corresponding receipts. * Verify current prices, promotions, and discounts before processing payments. * Maintain control of the cash drawer and perform partial or full cash counts at the end of each shift. * Reconcile cash with the sales system or daily reports. * Assist in customer service and guidance within the sales area. * Keep the cashier area clean, organized, and adequately stocked (receipts, tickets, pens, etc.). * Immediately report any cash discrepancies, system failures, or incidents. * Comply with internal policies, including the **prohibition of alcohol consumption during work hours**. * Assist with basic store tasks (cleaning, restocking, or arranging products) as needed. * Maintain **confidentiality** regarding pricing, sales, and supplier information. **Schedule** **Flexible schedule**, which may include: * **Day shift:** 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **Night shift:** 6:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. **Skills and Attitudes** * Honesty and responsibility * Friendly demeanor and professional appearance * Punctuality and commitment * Teamwork We offer punctuality, attendance, performance, and responsibility bonuses, plus statutory benefits and social security.
