Job Summary: Supervise and ensure the proper execution of warehouse operations, guaranteeing compliance with performance indicators, inventory control, safety, quality, and personnel performance. Key Highlights: 1. Supervises receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping operations. 2. Ensures compliance with service levels and inventory accuracy. 3. Leads operational staff and optimizes logistics processes. **Job Objective** Supervise and ensure the proper execution of **warehouse operations** (receiving, storage, order picking, and dispatch), guaranteeing **compliance with performance indicators, inventory control, safety and quality**, as well as appropriate performance of assigned personnel. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise daily operations of **receiving, put-away, picking, shipping, and returns**. * Ensure **compliance with service levels**, dispatch times, and inventory accuracy. * Coordinate and supervise **operational staff**, assigning workloads and shifts. * Validate and follow up on **cycle counts and physical inventories**, as well as adjustments and shrinkage. * Monitor and report **KPIs**: productivity, accuracy, incidents, turnover, and order fulfillment. * Guarantee compliance with **safety, organization, and cleanliness standards (5S)** and internal policies. * Coordinate with departments such as **transportation, planning, and maintenance** to ensure operational continuity. * Support internal/external audits and ensure proper document control. * Identify improvement opportunities and propose **actions to optimize processes and resources**. **Job Profile** **Education:** * Completed high school diploma or technical degree (bachelor’s degree—completed or in progress—is preferred). **Experience:** * Minimum **2 to 4 years** as a supervisor or team leader in warehouses, distribution centers (CEDIS), or logistics environments. * Experience managing operational staff. **Technical Knowledge:** * Warehouse operations and inventory control. * WMS / ERP systems (preferred). * Logistics and productivity metrics. * Safety and material handling. * Forklift operation (preferred). **Key Competencies:** * Leadership and team management * Organization and control * Results orientation * Decision-making * Effective communication Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $6,366.96 - $12,167.15 per month Work Location: On-site employment
