Guarantee achievement of operational objectives through staff coordination, resource optimization, and continuous improvement of logistics processes. **Responsibilities.** * Coordinate and supervise warehouse operational staff, ensuring efficient and safe completion of assigned tasks. * Verify inventory accuracy through audits, tracking of receipts and shipments, and system recordkeeping. * Organize and allocate daily activities based on priorities and operational demand. * Ensure proper receipt of goods and timely order preparation for shipment. * Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking, coordinating with procurement as necessary. * Enforce compliance with safety regulations, proper use of PPE, and safe equipment operation. * Train staff on procedures, safety practices, and continuous improvement, promoting team development. * Standardize and ensure execution of storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes. * Evaluate warehouse performance using key indicators such as inventory accuracy, cycle times, and productivity. * Identify opportunities to optimize processes, space, or resources, and propose effective solutions. **Requirements.** * Bachelor’s degree or studies in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred. * Minimum 6 months of experience in warehousing or production environments.
