Job Summary: Responsible for planning, managing, and supervising nationwide distribution, inventory, and warehouse operations, pursuing continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Manage and optimize the supply chain and logistics. 2. Lead teams in warehouse and distribution operations. 3. Drive continuous improvement in processes and costs. Position Title: Warehouse and Logistics Manager Responsibilities * Plan and ensure nationwide distribution * Manage and control **inventories** (raw materials, packaging, finished goods). * Supervise **receiving, storage, picking, and shipping** operations. * Define and monitor **inventory minimums, maximums, and turnover**. * Analyze KPIs: service level, turnover, shrinkage, stockouts, inventory accuracy. * Propose and implement **continuous improvements** in processes and costs. * Coordinate internal and external audits related to the department. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum of **3 to 5 years** of experience as a manager. * Experience in inventory control and procurement planning. * Preferred experience in **manufacturing companies** (food industry preferred). * Proficient in ERP systems and intermediate-to-advanced Excel.
