Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to analyze operations, design improvement strategies, coordinate and supervise all operations, and streamline warehouse processes. Key Highlights: 1. Supervise and streamline warehouse processes **Requirements:** * Age: 25 years or older * Education: Industrial Engineering or related field * Gender: Unrestricted * Experience: Minimum 3 years in similar positions (preferably in food companies) **Knowledge:** * Intermediate Excel proficiency * EPICOR system proficiency * Personnel management skills * Logistics knowledge * Knowledge of food industry regulations **Responsibilities:** * Analyze operations and design improvement strategies * Develop strategies that contribute to achieving objectives (KPIs) * Plan, coordinate, and supervise all company operations * Warehouse supervision * Streamline warehouse processes * Report results to senior management **Competencies:** * Teamwork * Active listening * Proactivity * Frustration tolerance **We Offer:** Mixed shift from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM Salary will be determined during the interview.
