Job Summary: The Production Supervisor ensures smooth and efficient manufacturing processes, coordinating personnel to achieve objectives with a focus on safety, quality, volume, and cost. The Production Supervisor will ensure that all manufacturing processes are carried out smoothly and efficiently, as well as coordinate the activities of personnel under their supervision to achieve company objectives, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, volume, and cost. The supervisor is responsible for managing personnel and material resources under their charge, always prioritizing safety and quality. They must maintain a stable work environment and professional, honest communication across all levels and departments. **Primary Responsibilities:** * Interview, hire, and continuously train employees under their supervision. * Implement cost-saving strategies and techniques. * Ensure customer requirements are met promptly. * Direct, honest, and effective communication with various departments within the * Plant and the Company to achieve planned objectives. * Develop and maintain a high standard of work at the plant, based on leadership and motivation. * Resolve conflicts among employees to maintain a positive work environment. * Maintain professional work schedules. * Develop and maintain teamwork to achieve plant objectives. * Evaluate and maintain production equipment in good working condition. * Guarantee safety and quality as top priorities in all activities performed. * Collect, analyze, and optimize production records (KPIs). **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field. * 2–3 years of experience in a similar position. * English: desirable ability to hold fluent conversations. * Experience working with lean manufacturing, production processes, and line balancing. * Personnel management, problem-solving skills, knowledge of ISO standards (9001 \& 14001\). **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
