Administrative and financial management Description and details of responsibilities **General job objective:** Ensure comprehensive branch operations through proper execution of administrative, commercial, and operational processes, guaranteeing achievement of sales, profitability, and service objectives, as well as appropriate management and development of the workforce. **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** * Supervise and ensure the performance of the sales team, guaranteeing achievement of objectives and ensuring they have the necessary tools, resources, and conditions for operations. * Address and resolve special situations or customer escalations. * Support review of selling prices, margins, and commercial terms to contribute to branch profitability. * Supervise and control branch administrative and financial processes, including expense management, petty cash, cash counts, documentation validation, and handling of valuables per established policies. * Manage and validate administrative operations such as credit notes, returns, cancellations, and invoicing, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines. * Manage and track system-based processes, including customer onboarding and updates, inter-branch transfers, and internal consumption control. * Support recruitment, selection, and onboarding of personnel, validating basic entry documentation. * Record and track staff incidents, and supervise overtime control per internal guidelines. * Coordinate and support Marketing and Human Resources activities for internal and commercial activations at the branch. * Attend trainings and development programs convened by the organization to strengthen competencies and job performance. * Perform any other area-related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor, according to operational needs. Experience and requirements **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or Technical diploma (Administration, Business, or related field). * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in similar positions. * Experience in personnel supervision and branch operations. * Operational administration. * Coordination of sales and warehouse teams. * Organized and analytical individual. * Customer service experience. **Experience with:** * Cash counts and petty cash. * Invoicing and credit notes. * Sales metrics. * Administrative processes. * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency. * Experience in customer conflict resolution and service. * Flexible schedule availability. **WE OFFER:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM–5:30 PM; Saturdays: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM (only two Saturdays per month). * Weekly salary without probationary period (negotiable). * Monthly bonus. * Fixed shift. * Statutory benefits. * No probationary period. * Fully taxed salary (100% payroll stamped). * Day off on your employment anniversary. * Half-day off on your birthday. * Uniform. * Career growth opportunities. * Work tools.
