Job Summary: Supervise and coordinate HVAC equipment manufacturing activities, ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and compliance with safety and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and coordination of HVAC equipment manufacturing. 2. Ensuring quality and on-time delivery, meeting customer requirements. 3. Leadership of personnel and compliance with safety regulations. Description and details of responsibilities Supervise and coordinate activities within assigned departments in accordance with company strategies and policies to manufacture HVAC equipment with quality and on-time delivery for current and future customers, satisfying their needs and expectations. * Supervise personnel directly reporting to you, ensuring they perform their duties in compliance with quality and manufacturing requirements. * Take appropriate measures in case of non-compliance and ensure personnel use required personal protective equipment (PPE) in their work area, as well as comply with company-established safety and hygiene regulations; take necessary actions in case of non-compliance. * Report daily to the Master Scheduler on the status of production processes under your responsibility. * Ensure team leaders prepare the materials list required for the following day. * Generate non-conformance reports (non\-conforming) for damaged or lost materials within your area to notify the warehouse and procurement departments of the need for replacement. * Responsible for maintaining organization, order, and cleanliness in the area under your supervision. * Analyze daily production schedule adherence, organize required activities and personnel for overtime work. Experience and Requirements * Education: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent. * Advanced English. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Teamwork management experience. * 5 to 7 years of experience in industrial air conditioning manufacturing industry.
