Job Summary: A quality professional responsible for ensuring product quality from raw materials to end customer, optimizing processes and reducing non-conformance costs. Key Highlights: 1. Lead product quality from start to finish, reducing rework. 2. Implement quality management systems and lead audits. 3. Coordinate quality, production, and supplier teams for continuous improvement. **Job Objective** Ensure product quality from raw materials to end customer, reducing rework, returns, and non-conformance costs. **Key Responsibilities** Implement and optimize quality management systems (ISO or others). Full process control in plant: cutting, assembly, finishing, packaging. Lead internal and external audits. Address root causes (not symptoms): methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, 8D. Reduce scrap, returns, and warranty claims. Coordinate quality, production, and supplier teams. Define clear KPIs: PPM, rejection rates, rework time, quality costs. **Candidate Profile** Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related degree. Proven experience leading quality in manufacturing (preferably furniture or similar industry). Hands-on experience on the shop floor. Proficiency in continuous improvement tools. Strong leadership.
