Opportunity for growth Construction Project Manager — RIDET **Location:** Monterrey, Nuevo León (with availability for site relocation) **Mode:** On-site · Full-time **Department:** Construction and Site Operations **Reports to:** Operations Director About RIDET At RIDET, we develop and execute housing projects and residential developments. We seek to add to our team a **Project Manager** with solid experience in residential construction, capable of coordinating multidisciplinary teams and providing comprehensive project oversight—from planning through to delivery. Position Objective Plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of residential development construction, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and regulatory requirements, as well as effective management of permits and procedures with relevant authorities and agencies. Main Responsibilities * Lead and monitor on-site construction execution, controlling physical and financial progress against the schedule. * Coordinate site supervisors, inspectors, contractors, and work crews, ensuring proper resource allocation. * Prepare and update construction schedules, budgets, cost estimates, and generating numbers. * Manage and track permits, licenses, and approvals with municipal and state agencies, as well as housing authorities (e.g., construction licenses, feasibility studies, RUV, technical opinions, and similar). * Supervise compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and on-site safety regulations. * Coordinate material procurement and manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors. * Generate progress reports and KPIs for senior management, identifying and resolving deviations promptly. * Ensure timely and compliant project handover and integration of all related documentation. Profile / Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (degree required). * Minimum of **4 to 6 years** of experience in construction management or coordination, preferably in residential developments. * Solid knowledge of construction processes, site control, budgeting, and scheduling. * Proven experience managing permits and follow-up with housing authorities and regulatory agencies. * Proficiency in construction and scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Opus, AutoCAD, Advanced Excel, or equivalents). * Willingness to relocate to construction sites and valid driver’s license.
