"Integración de Espacios" is a 100% Mexican company leading the interior construction sector, with over 20 years of experience and more than 1,000 completed projects. We are currently seeking a **PROJECT MANAGER** **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise construction sites * Coordinate and direct workers, suppliers, and contractors * Fulfill contractual requirements and review daily progress * Plan, prevent issues, and resolve situations * Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks * Ensure quality standards and proper application of techniques * Prepare internal and external reports * Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure the execution of renovations and developments * Manage budgets and control construction costs to meet established deadlines * Resolve technical challenges and ensure safety at every project phase * Coordinate resources, activities, and schedules to guarantee timely delivery within budget * Performance reporting * Comply with construction and safety regulations **SKILLS** **\-**Leadership and team coordination skills. \-Technical knowledge in construction, renovations, and property development \-Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders \-Capacity to work effectively under pressure with constantly changing priorities and deadlines **Job Requirements** * Experience: 5\+ years managing construction projects, PREFERABLY in INTERIOR DESIGN * Education: Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency * *AutoCAD and Neo Data proficiency* **WE OFFER** Salary: $20,000 \- $23,000 net monthly (NEGOTIABLE based on experience) \+ statutory benefits Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM (FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE) Work location: One block from the NUEVO LEON Metrobus station Interested candidates may apply through this channel.
