**Senior Nutritional Advisor**
**Position Overview**

Experience: Medical detailing or nutritional advisory experience
**Position Purpose**
As a Senior Nutritional Advisor, you will be responsible for providing maternal\-infant nutrition counseling to healthcare professionals through an omnichannel approach (in-person and digital visits), identifying their specific needs and building long-term trusted relationships.
Your objective will be to position nutritional solutions that impact the first 1000 days of life, contributing to business growth by generating demand, strengthening engagement with the medical community, and ensuring appropriate recommendation of the product portfolio.
**A Day in the Life of...**
* Plan and execute visits to healthcare professionals (private clinics, public and private hospitals) under an omnichannel model, ensuring a **minimum productivity rate of 95%**.
* Provide scientific counseling on maternal\-infant nutrition, communicating portfolio benefits and their impact on the first 1000 days of life.
* Manage your assigned territory by segmenting physicians and optimizing impact (impact rate, share of voice) using digital tools and a CRM updated to 100%.
* Identify opportunities within public and private institutions to increase product availability and strengthen brand positioning.
* Analyze business metrics (ATV, IQVIA, CRM, market reports) to generate monthly action plans aligned with the operational plan.
* Develop and execute academic activities (presentations, workshops, medical sessions) to reinforce healthcare professionals’ loyalty.
* Address consumer complaints within established timeframes, ensuring service trust and quality.
* Additionally, you will consistently collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, training, consumer service) and external stakeholders (physicians, key opinion leaders, healthcare institutions) to meet business objectives.
**What Will Make You Successful**
**Basic Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, medical\-biological sciences, food science, business administration, or related field
* 3–4 years of experience in medical detailing, clinical nutrition, or similar roles
* Advanced knowledge of nutrition (especially maternal\-infant nutrition)
* Experience in territory management, customer segmentation, and CRM tool usage
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals
* Intermediate English proficiency
