




Position Summary: The Maintenance Manager plans, coordinates, and supervises fleet maintenance, leading strategies to ensure vehicle availability and operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Leads the preventive and corrective maintenance strategy for the fleet. 2. Manages workshop resources and collaborates with Operations. 3. Directly impacts productivity, profitability, and service level. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all activities related to fleet maintenance, ensuring maximum availability of vehicles and containers for operations at the lowest possible cost while complying with safety and quality standards. This position leads the preventive and corrective maintenance strategy, manages workshop resources (personnel, parts, tools, and suppliers), and works closely with the Operations department to ensure uninterrupted service. Additionally, the role is responsible for analyzing key performance indicators, identifying recurring failures, implementing process improvements, and making decisions focused on reducing downtime, optimizing costs, and increasing fleet efficiency. The Maintenance Manager is also responsible for managing the department’s budget, controlling spare parts inventory, overseeing major repairs, and implementing controls to ensure traceability and reliability of maintenance data. This is a key position within operations, as it directly impacts the company’s productivity, profitability, and service level.
