




Job Summary: Responsible for food production in cold and hot kitchens for restaurant and banquet services, ensuring the quality and presentation of each dish. Key Responsibilities: 1. RESPONSIBLE FOR FOOD PRODUCTION MINIMUM 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE IN COLD AND HOT KITCHENS FOR RESTAURANT AND BANQUET AREAS · Transform every meal into a visual delight and a gustatory pleasure. Infuse our high standards with your unique touch to create unforgettable meals for every guest. · Take ownership of your kitchen, staying aware of supplies and equipment, and minimizing waste. · Report any unsafe equipment, low inventory, or safety incidents to your supervisor or shift manager. · Help create a safe environment by following our safety procedures and using required personal protective equipment. · Maintain impeccable cleanliness, complying with or exceeding local sanitation and hygiene regulations. · Assist with dishwashing and other kitchen tasks as needed. · Enhance the guest experience by providing assistance with any inquiries or recommendations. · Wear your uniform with pride. · Undertake additional tasks as required when teamwork is essential across the entire team.
