RIDERMEX – We finance your freedom BRANCH MANAGER PROFILE POSITION OBJECTIVE As manager, you are responsible for unifying the agency’s team and keeping it motivated to build outstanding customer relationships and deliver exceptional results. Key responsibilities: o Lead the sales floor team. o Responsible for branch operations. o Ensure team training. o Supervise branch inventory. o Monitor activation of granted credits. o Coordinate vehicle deliveries to customers. o Achieve weekly unit sales targets. o Track placement performance results. o Ensure timely follow-up on leads generated via social media. o Communicate key branch performance indicators to the team. o Guarantee respectful customer treatment so customers consider us their top service choice. Completed high school. Age: 25–50 years old. Professional appearance. Compensation: Base salary: $13,000\.00 MXN. Average commissions of $20,000\.00 MXN (paid at 1%–1\.5% of branch sales).
