The Branch Manager works closely with senior management and is responsible for executing, monitoring, and achieving results within their business unit. **Key Responsibilities** * Execute the branch's commercial strategy, ensuring achievement of sales targets. * Coordinate with the Collections Manager to maximize portfolio recovery. * Oversee daily operations, maintaining service quality and customer experience. * Manage branch resources, monitoring expenses, budget, and profitability. * Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed. * Support implementation and adoption of new processes, tools, and technologies defined by the company. * Propose and monitor investments and projects necessary to improve operations and drive branch growth. **Candidate Profile** * Prior experience leading a business unit, branch, or location (sales, operations, or services). * Clear focus on execution and results. * Ability to analyze information, prioritize tasks, and make decisions. * Capability to lead teams and provide close supervision. **What We Offer** * A role with high responsibility and operational autonomy. * Opportunity to lead and grow a high-potential branch. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience \+ compensation plan.
