Position Objective: Lead comprehensive branch operations by coordinating commercial and operational departments to ensure achievement of established objectives. Key Responsibilities: * Commercial Management and Sales Supervision. * Coordinate commercial activities to maximize results. * Supervise sales and operations to ensure excellent customer service. * Propose commercial agreements facilitating achievement of sales targets. * KPI Compliance and Indicator Monitoring. * Monitor key performance indicators to ensure goal attainment. * Manage and control sales, operational efficiency, and service indicators. * Supervise financial aspects and control operational costs. * Maintain and uphold the strategy supporting the budget and projected financial statements. * Coordinate with warehouse for product supply. * Coordinate and supervise the sales team to achieve objectives. * Efficiently allocate available resources (zone, category, territory). * Regulatory Compliance, Collections Management, and Account Administration. * Ensure compliance with current regulations governing branch operations. * Supervise and efficiently manage the allocated budget. * Maximize productivity of assigned resources ($ expense/kg, tons/person, route, etc.). * Generate sales and performance reports for strategic decision-making. Requirements: * Minimum 3\-5 years of experience leading sales teams, preferably in the Foodservice or mass consumption sector. *Desirable* * Experience achieving commercial targets and developing sales strategies. * Knowledge of the Foodservice or mass consumption sector and B2B client management. * Preferred knowledge of CRM and digital sales tools.
