Results-oriented with strong goal achievement focus UNIT MANAGER – SALAD BAR Location: Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila We are seeking an operations manager to lead a fast-service-style salad bar unit. The role is responsible for daily operations, staff management, inventory control, cost management, and ensuring an efficient and high-quality customer experience. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience as a manager or supervisor in restaurants; team leadership experience; results-driven mindset; strong organizational skills; ability to work under pressure. Basic knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and restaurant operations. We offer a weekly salary of $4,500 to $6,500 plus performance-based bonuses. We seek a practical, solution-oriented, and leadership-capable individual focused on operations and service. KEY HIRING CRITERIA – UNIT MANAGER * Minimum 3 years of verifiable restaurant experience * Prior supervisory experience with demonstrable operational leadership * Ability to work under pressure during peak hours * Results-oriented with focus on achieving sales and cost targets * Basic knowledge of inventory management and waste control * Organized and disciplined in process execution * Proactive and solution-oriented when addressing operational and personnel issues * Strong communication skills and team management capability * Flexible schedule availability and commitment to operations * Employment stability (avoid candidates with high job turnover) Salary: $4,500.00 - $6,500.00 per week Workplace: On-site employment
