Diego Díaz de Berlanga \#1136\-1 sector, Paseo de los Andes 3er Sector, San Nicolás de los Garza, N.L. ### **Job Objective** Supervise and coordinate field-based sales and collections teams to ensure effective disbursement of **group loans**, achievement of commercial goals, and proper portfolio recovery. ### **✅** **Responsibilities** * Supervise and manage **sales and collections** teams. * Ensure correct disbursement of **group loans**. * Monitor progress toward disbursement and collection targets. * Train, mentor, and motivate the assigned team. * Monitor team performance indicators. * Ensure compliance with the financial institution's policies and procedures. ### **Requirements** * Experience in **sales and/or collections** (mandatory). * Experience in **team management**. * Preferable experience in the **financial sector**. * Results-oriented. * Strong communication skills and leadership ability. * Availability for **field work**. ### **We Offer** * **Base salary:** $12,466 per month * ➕ **Uncapped commissions** * ✅ Statutory benefits * Direct employment with the bank * Uniforms * **Training bonus:** $2,500 per month for **2 months** * Financial products at preferential rates * Ongoing training **Are you interested?** Apply through this channel
