**HEAD OF PROCESS ENGINEERING** * Age: 30 to 45 years. * Minimum 4 years of experience in production processes, continuous improvement, process control, problem analysis methodology, and lean tools. * Knowledge and use of measurement instruments; general knowledge of BOPP, CPP, PET, and PE materials. * Knowledge of the flexible packaging industry. * BHM'S * Statistical control. * Current version of ISO 22000 standard. * **Educational Background**: Graduates in Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering. 2\. Main Responsibilities * **Process Optimization**: Evaluate current systems to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements that increase profitability. * **Standardization**: Develop and update operation sheets, process flow diagrams (PFD), and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P\&ID) to ensure work is performed under quality standards. * **Resource Management**: Plan efficient use of raw materials, energy, and human talent, minimizing waste. * **Safety and Sustainability**: Ensure processes comply with environmental and industrial safety regulations to protect personnel. 3\. Soft Skills: * **Leadership and Collaboration**: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with quality, maintenance, and sales departments. * **Problem Solving**: Agility in conducting root cause analysis and delivering practical solutions under pressure. * **Adaptability**: Ease in adapting to new technologies—such as artificial intelligence applied to industry—and to market changes.
