(3-month probationary contract) * **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM * **Work Location**: Av. Miguel Ángel de Quevedo, Col. Villa Coyoacán (10 minutes from Miguel Ángel de Quevedo Metro Station, Green Line) **What We’re Looking For** * 3–4 years of experience as: Systems Engineer, Systems Analyst, Infrastructure Support, or Systems Assistant. * **Mandatory: Degree and Professional License in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.** * 2 years managing accounting, financial, logistics, or similar systems (ASPEL SAE, COI, NOI, or equivalent required), billing systems, custom applications, and knowledge of Java, PHP, and SQL databases. * Site and branch system administration highly desirable. * 2 years administering sites, managing on-premise servers (Windows Server 2012 or higher and Linux), and access management via Active Directory or Entra. SQL database queries, jumps, stored procedures for report generation in Crystal Reports, Excel, Power BI, Jasper, or similar tools. * 2 years managing telecommunications and networks (VPN, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, etc.), structured cabling, dedicated links, telephony (PBX management), and security (antivirus, firewalls, etc.). * 2 years managing preventive and corrective maintenance for PCs, laptops, peripherals, cabling installations, CCTV systems, DVRs, ZKTime and IVMS4200 biometric access systems, cabling, fiber optics, etc. * 1–2 years supporting productivity suites (Office 365, G Suite), email platforms (Outlook, Gmail), and collaboration platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.). * Proficiency with Windows Desktop (Vista through 10, 11, 365), including security features, remote access, Toolkit, etc. * Familiarity with ticketing solutions, incident monitoring, help desk or technical support platforms. * Equipment inventory management, licensing, patch updates, improvements, upgrades, etc. **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor’s degree — incomplete **Desired Experience Level:** Entry Level **Departmental Function:** Technology / Internet **Industry:** Pharmaceuticals **Skills:** * SQL applications and systems * Java, PHP, CCTV, networks, VPN * LAN, WAN, PBX, telephony * Infrastructure, tickets, Active Directory * Security, processes, COI, NOI *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69a077c84100004100386e58\&source\=indeed*
