Execute the onboarding process—including logistics, DO department orientation, and feedback sessions—to support employee retention, in accordance with established onboarding guidelines. 2\. Administer and monitor the performance evaluation process via the designated platform to generate actionable insights for decision-making. 3\. Implement development plans and programs for administrative and operational staff to foster professional growth and job retention, guided by applicable procedures, policies, and formats. 4\. Conduct surveys to assess organizational and workplace climate, capture and present results to incentivize improvements or implement corrective and enhancement actions, following applicable procedures, policies, and formats. 5\. Support the request and management of material resources for the DO department to implement the new employee integration program, in compliance with applicable internal procedures.
