Production of custom and innovative displays **Job Description** As a Project Manager specializing in display, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising projects related to visualization technologies. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinate resources, and ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of projects. This is a full-time, on-site position located at our office in Azcapotzalco, CDMX. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Event and Experience Production. * Specialization areas: Display production, development of events and experiences with premium clients. * 5 years of experience in a similar role. * Corporate events. * Willingness to travel. **Responsibilities:** * **Project Management:** Traceability of project execution according to client expectations. * **Client Service:** Extensive experience engaging with executive-level clients for presenting projects involving design and sales costs. * **Display Production:** In-depth knowledge and experience developing custom, innovative, and high-value display proposals that stand out in public and private sector tender competitions. * **Construction Materials Knowledge:** Extensive experience with construction solutions for custom booths and experiential spaces—whether indoors or outdoors—ensuring implementation safety while also delivering innovative proposals that enhance outcomes. * **Safety:** Knowledge of safety regulations applicable within trade fair venues and exhibition centers to ensure safe installations for our clients. * **Quotation Preparation:** Ability to prepare and manage detailed budgets for each event in accordance with company policies and formats. * **Project Presentations:** Development and presentation of proposals and projects to end clients—either in person or online—with follow-up through to project closure. * **Cost Control:** Preparation of project closeouts, comparing sales costs versus project costs, respecting the gross margin established by the company.
