Summary: This role ensures accurate and efficient attention to digital channels by managing online orders, validating inventory, and providing end-to-end customer request follow-up. Highlights: 1. Provide end-to-end follow-up on customer requests The objective of this position is to ensure accurate, and efficient attention to digital channels by managing online orders, validating inventory availability across warehouses, and providing end‑to‑end follow‑up on customer requests.
