We are looking for a Sales Manager **Requirements:** \-Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations or related field. Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years as Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive. **Responsibilities:** \-Prospect and close agreements with companies, travel agencies, digital platforms, and event organizers. \-Supervise and manage the sales team (executives, assistants, call center, etc.). \-Develop attractive packages and promotions in coordination with marketing. \-Analyze occupancy and revenue to dynamically adjust strategies. \-Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and tourism/commercial events. \-Monitor competition (rates, promotions, new products). \-Coordinate with operations and reception to ensure excellent customer experience. \-Generate monthly sales reports and forecasts for General Management. \-Maintain healthy business relationships with key clients and pursue contract renewals. **Offers:** \- Salary of $35,000 net base per month plus $10,000\-$20,000 in monthly commissions. \- Statutory benefits **Location**: Santiago, Nuevo León.
